Apple Creek Summer Enrichment Programs 2010
Handwriting Made Fun-Children will participate in a variety of fun activities that promote the fine motor skills necessary for handwriting. Children will work on proper pencil grip as well as proper formation of letters.
Spanish-We will be using music, pictures, games and activities to help children increase their understanding of the Spanish language and culture. We will work on vocabulary, key phrases and cognate words in addition to experiencing the food and customs that define this culture.
Enrichment Programs are 4 weeks long, Monday/Wednesday/Friday, 9:00-12:00.
Number of children per age group is limited and spaces are filled on a first come, first serve basis.
Summer programs are open to the public as well as Apple Creek families.
Teacher-child ratios are slightly higher for summer preschool than for the regular school program.
Children signed up for both sessions may not have the same teachers for all sessions.
