Apple Creek’s program for three-year olds incorporates Let’s Begin With The Letter People - a comprehensive curriculum organized around themes that integrate knowledge across subject areas. Students engage in explorative play and begin to make unique sense of what is being experienced.

A wide variety of activities are specifically designed by Apple Creek teachers to engage and develop the various parts of the brain while the motivating nature of the Letter People draws the child into the learning process and makes it fun. Expressive and receptive language, appreciation and production of music and art, visual and spatial perception, logical and mathematical calculation, social interaction, use of large and fine motor muscles all come into play through the program.

Let’s Begin With The Letter People focuses on promoting phonological and phonemic awareness and building alphabetic skills including letter identification. The program provides a strong foundation for further developing reading skills.
